We believe that future computers will be tightly coupled to the physical world through the sensing and rendering of physical matter. The computers will be able to understand the context and the intention of the user, create a virtual and augmented world where the users feel extremely realistic, and connect people at distant places as if they are in the same room.
In such a future, we want to have the Ultimate User Interface, which will make the interactions between people and computers and between people through computers to be more realistic, more efficient, and more effective than doing so in the real world. To bring this into reality, we develop ingredients – new sensing and haptic feedback technologies and build recipes – new interactive systems that streamline interactions.
We invite curious minds who are not afraid to get their hands dirty to join us. If interested, please contact Seongkook, with your CV and research interest.
